Note1: This file is available from apple for free. but file is really big and I have had some issues downloading from apple. sometimes apple doesnt let you resume the download. then you have to start over. so i googled using filename and found two more links.

Note3: this version of xcode runs on osx 10.5.x (tested). but iphone sdk requires atleast osx 10.5.7. so if you install it on 10.5.6 or lower then xcode will be installed but setup wont install iphone SDK. There is a work around to this problem. You can edit a certain plist file to change the version of your macOS and fool the xcode setup(it works, i tested). Google it or PM me for it.
